    Our Community Fair Trade organic olive oil comes from southern Italy. The Nuovo Cilento Co-operative uses traditional production methods. The fruits are shaken from the trees and caught in nets to prevent bruising, then washed and cold-pressed. The co-op also runs courses on traditional cooking, as well as farming and nature-education programmes. To find out more, visit our Community Fair Trade section.
