I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Where is my orders products?
How to monitor order status, go to "My Profile" and click on "Transaction List" in the left menu. What if I want to return the product?

  • Through Delivery Service
    Items returned must be packed in a box and send it to our address. Purchase by credit card or debit card will be refunded to the card or account number you want. For Gift Card, Cheque gift, Love Your Body Card or Product Samples can not be returned and replaced.

  • Returning Product to Store
    You can return to one of our stores. By showing proof of purchase (invoice) you, we can return the value of your product. If you do not have proof of purchase, please contact Customer Care to obtain details of your purchase.
